The Surroundings – Neve Tzedek
At the beginning of the 1990s, the Tel Aviv Municipality began to implement the building and gentrification plans for Neveh Tzedek.
The gentrification plans breathed new life into the old neighborhood; and very quickly, Neve Tzedek became a trendy and desirable neighborhood that attracts both foreign and local residents.
